Refund policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with LumiBumi. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to help.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, limits, or replaces any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. Where a product has a minor problem, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund, as required by law.

Change-of-mind returns

Because our products are intimate wear, we only accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is:

  • unused
  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • in its original packaging
  • in the same condition it was received

If the item has been worn, washed, used, or is not in its original condition, we cannot accept a change of mind return for hygiene reasons.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lumibumi.com with your order number and photos of the issue where possible.

We’ll review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Return shipping costs

For change of mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If an item is confirmed to have a problem, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs where required by law.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, please contact us at support@lumibumi.com before returning the item. Size exchanges are only available for items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

How to start a return

To request a return, please email support@lumibumi.com with:

  • your order number
  • the reason for your return
  • photos, if the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described

We’ll get back to you with the next steps as soon as possible.
