Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Please allow extra time during busy periods, public holidays, promotional periods, or due to courier delays outside our control.

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

If you haven’t received your tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can’t find it, please contact us at support@lumibumi.com

Shipping delays

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible, delays can occasionally occur due to couriers, customs processing, weather events, or other factors outside our control.

If your parcel appears delayed or tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Incorrect shipping details

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us as soon as possible at support@lumibumi.com. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to update it.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made, but we will try to assist where possible.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
